This Quote is due: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2015 at 3:00PM EST. The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract with a qualified firm to provide Southco Rivets for the City’s Sign Shop. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year. Pricing must be firm for the term of the blanket. The purpose and intent of this request for quotation is to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified Contractor to provide a ready “as required” source for Southco Drive Rivets. It is the objective of the City to select a reputable firm to provide Southco Drive Rivets for the City’s Sign Shop operating needs. The contractor shall supply and deliver “as-needed” rivets required by the City of Rochester Hills’ Sign Shop. All quantities listed are estimates. No guarantee is made as to the quantities, which will be purchased, or to any total contract dollar amount. Product and product numbers are listed where there is a desire for a specific quality of item. These are to be considered examples of the required quality desired.
