Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a one-year blanket purchase order for Kentucky Bluegrass Sod. All prices submitted must be firm for a period of (12) twelve months.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back no later than the due date of: Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 5:00p.m. (E.S.T.). Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response
Specifications: The material must be available to obtain in various quantities and at various times during the contract period. It has been the City’s past practice to pick up all sod and deliver it themselves to the required job sites.
Since it has been the City’s practice to pick up all sod and deliver it themselves to the job sites, it is requested that the chosen vendor be within a reasonable driving distance from the Rochester Hills Department of Public Service Garage, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, 48307 (reasonable is considered 15 miles).
