Dated January 13, 2011: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for the one-time purchase of One (1) Graphtec FC8000-130 Cutting Plotter.
Unit prices are requested FOB destination City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, Sign Shop, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
Quality Assurance The bidder represents that all equipment offered under this specification shall be new. Used, shopworn, demonstrator, prototype, or discontinued models are not acceptable.
All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary for the equipment to be complete and ready for operation or which are normally furnished as standard equipment shall be furnished by the vendor. All parts shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to the accepted standards of the industry.
All repair parts must be readily available through the manufacturer.

One (1) Graphtec FC8000-130 Cutting Plotter • Maximum 54” x 164 ft cutting area. • Three (3) standard push rollers. • Maximum auto cross cutting width: 59.5 in. • Compatible media width: 2.0 in to 60.2 in. • Must include all standard equipment, software, and accessories. • Interfaces – USB; RS-232-C Serial. • Blade holder must be included. • Media catch basket must be included. • Floor stand must be included.
The cutting plotter shall be fully operational with all adjustments made prior to delivery.
