Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for a two (2) year blanket purchase order for Anodized Aluminum Sign Blanks. All prices quoted must be firm for the term of the blanket.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills.

Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
Specifications: The City wishes to establish a blanket purchase order with the selected vendor for anodized aluminum sign blanks to be purchased on an as needed basis. The sign blanks must be 0.08 gauge with pre-drilled 7/16” diameter holes for mounting. Quoted item must be in the Standard MUTCD design, size and shapes. Additionally pricing for 2” x 60” aluminum sign blanks (to be used as supplemental strips for sign posts) is requested also.
