Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide various turf products for usage by the City’s Department of Public Services. The turf products will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for two (2) years. All pricing must be firm for the term of the contract. The items to be purchased are outlined in the specifications area of this quote document.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Service Garage, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.

Specifications Companies are to bid on the following products as specified for the City’s Department of Public Service. These materials must be available to obtain in various amounts and at various times during the contract period.
• Paper Hydro Seed Mulch o 50 Pound Bale o Can be quoted with or without tacifier • Fertilizer o 12-12-12 o Alternates are not accepted • Tacifier o Powder form only
• Straw • Seed 50% Kentucky Bluegrass 25% Fescue 25% Rye
