ITB-RH-14-004 - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills has obtained a Federal Grant to fund sanitary sewer repair work within the Rouge Watershed area of the City (Part A). This project is broken into two parts for internal accounting purposes, as follows: 

Part A- Rouge Grant includes lining of approximately 276 LFT of 8” sanitary sewer, 27 LFT of 8” stent lining, 6 LFT of 10” stent lining, 8 LFT of 15” stent lining, grouting 31 joints and rehabilitation of 69 sanitary sewer manholes. Due to time constraints for the grant funding, the work for Part A of this project must be completed by May 5, 2014. 

Part B – Add-On Work (Excluded from Rouge Grant) includes lining of approximately 951 LFT of 8” sanitary sewer, 36 LFT of 8” stent lining, 23 LFT of 10” stent lining, 10 LFT of 12” stent lining, 10 LFT of 15” stent lining, grouting 88 joints, and rehabilitation of 63 sanitary sewer manholes.
