Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a blanket purchase order to cover the procurement of Sand Chloride for the City’s Department of Public Service usage. The blanket will be for a two (2) year period. Pricing must be firm for the term of the blanket.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.

General Specifications: Specification guideline requirements are in the 1990 Standard Specifications for Construction, Michigan Department of Transportation unless stated otherwise.
Unit weight and compliance with the specifications will be certified by an independent testing laboratory at the request of the City. All costs for testing will be paid for by the bidder.
All delivered materials that do not meet the minimum requirements of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Standard Specifications shall be removed and replaced with suitable material by the bidder at no additional cost to the City.
All City of Rochester Hills purchases require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) where applicable in compliance with MIOSHA “Right To Know Law”.
