RFP-RH-09-064 - Roof Repairs @ Avondale Park

Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking proposals for repair/replacement to two (2) pavilion roofs located at Avondale Park. The City is seeking two options to complete this project. The options being considered for this project are listed below. Option 1-Avondale Park Pavilion Roofs – 3400 Bathhurst, Rochester Hills, Michigan • Remove and replace four (4) main structure beams. • Remove and replace any damaged wood supporting • Remove and replace damaged wood supporting roof. • Install and replace new fascia boards as needed. • Remove and replace asphalt shingles. Must include minimum twenty (20) year warranty. • Pavilion roofs shall include twelve (12) inch spacing between the two pavilions. Option 2 – Avondale Park Pavilion Roofs – 3400 Bathhurst, Rochester Hills, Michigan • Design and build new roof structure for pavilions.
