The City of Rochester Hills wishes to engage an experienced professional firm(s) for the purpose of obtaining right-of-way acquisition and related services including, but not limited to, title services, appraisal services, appraisal review, negotiation, closing services, condemnation support and clearance of right-of-way (ROW).
