Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking bids for ready mix concrete materials for the years 2007 and 2008. The complete specifications for the Ready Mix Concrete Materials are enclosed for your review.

The bid will be for a period of one year with one, one (1) year option to renew.

The Contractor shall maintain their rates for all costs for a period of not less than one (1) year. If the rates change in the option year of the agreement, the Contractor shall provide the City thirty (30) days advanced written notice prior to any change.
