Summary of Specifications:
City of Rochester Hills and Older Persons' Commission requires Yard Maintenance Service for Community Development Block Grant Funded Yard Services Program - Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that CDBG funds are available. There will be a Fall 2011 Cleanup and a Spring 2012 Clean up. Services include a one time leaf removal and disposal, lawn cutting, lawn trimming and removal of debris on walkways and driveways in established yard and lawn areas.
