Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills Planning and Economic Development Department is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide, install, implement, train, host and support a web-based database system to provide online buildings and sites database services. The system will support the Planning and Economic Development Department's business attraction, retention and expansion goals. The solution shall include 24/7 database access to proposer's software/hardware systems. The system shall be hosted by the vendor or a third party services. The subscription shall be for a one-year term with options to renew for subsequent years.
