RFP-RH-12-037 - RFP for Public Under Ground Utility Repairs/Related Work Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills seeks to obtain proposals from qualified contractors to provide personnel, equipment, materials, labor and expertise to assist the City with 3 levels of service: Immediate, Prompt and Scheduled. Services may be in response to emergency situations or scheduled repairs on sanitary sewer, water main and storm drainage systems, including detention/retention basins/ponds and/or related works. Services may additionally include late night repair of broken water main, scheduled repairs of a leaking water main, reconstruction of a sanitary manhole, cleanout of a detention basin, replacement of a collapsed live sanitary sewer or removal of a blockage in a storm line. Sewer televising, cleaning, grouting and lining may also be required.
