Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals to provide HVAC modifications at Fire Stationi #1. The project includes, but not limited to, products, equipment and services for a new split system(s), vav boxes and controls for enhanced zoning. The City seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for hiring all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project.
