Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms for the Festival of the Hills Fireworks Display in accordance with the scope of work, terms and conditions of this Request for Proposals for 2012 with options to renew for the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. It is the intent of the City to procure the services of qualified pyrotechnicians to design a 25-minutes continuous fireworks display coordinated to music and provide the fireworks shells, set-up and electronic detonation of the fireworks display.
