Dated: October 2, 2023: The City of Rochester Hills is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide public underground utility repairs and/or related work services. Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 via Electronic Submission ONLY through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local time, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2023 at which time and place said proposer’s names and addresses ONLY will be read via Zoom Teleconference.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select Departments, Fiscal, Accounting & Purchasing, Procurement Division, Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website.
Any deviations from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
