Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified engineering firms to provide Professional Engineering Services. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local Time, Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at which time the names of submitting proposers will be publicly read.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select Business, Purchasing/Bids, then Quick Links and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.

The City of Rochester Hills is seeking professional engineering services including engineering plan review services, design, construction engineering, contract administration services, MS 4 regulatory compliance assistance and other related engineering services. The contract will be for three (3) years, with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. One or more qualified firms may be selected and services will be scheduled at the direction of the City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services on a per project basis.
The selected engineering firm shall minimally possess successful experience in the areas described in the scope of Services. Knowledge of the City’s codes, ordinances and engineering design standards is beneficial.
