RFP-RH-07-018 - Printing Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment and the means of work to provide printing services on an as needed basis for various City departments for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 on April 18, 2007 until 3:00 p.m. local time, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. 

The purpose of this document is to ultimately select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Rochester Hills with various printing services on an as needed basis. The City of Rochester Hills has provided specifications and requirements, which will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City.
