Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide printing services for the Rochester Hills Business Report. Pricing for quantities of 250, 500 and 1000 copies per issue is being requested. Pricing should be based on an 8-page document. The quantity of newsletters printed may vary with each issue. Note: The Planning and Development Department handles the mailing of the newsletters; therefore, no mailing or postage services are required. The Rochester Hills Business Report specifications are as follows: Paper Size: Tabloid (11” x 17”) Paper Type: 80# Gloss Text Ink: Four Color all pages Fold: Folded to 8 ½” x 11”, collate, stapled The newsletter will be developed using In-Design and can be provided to the printer in a PDF format. For additional resources, a sample of the Rochester Hills Business Report will be available for viewing at the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan, 48309 or will be mailed to interested proposers by calling 248/841-2537 to request a copy.
