Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide web offset printing and distribution of the Hills Herald for 2007 and 2008 in the months of April and October. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on December 5, 2006, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. The Hills Herald is a paper of approximately 24-28 tabloid pages, with four-color process, no bleeds, on 8-12 corresponding pages, black ink only on the remaining pages. It is printed on 27 1/2”, 30# newsprint, 2-sides, with an 11 3/8” x 13 3/4” finished page size, quarter-folded to 11 3/8” x 6 7/8” and the printer is responsible for any four-color separations.
