Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide web offset printing and distribution of the Hills Herald for 2009 and 2010 in the months of April and October. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and revise its printing schedule. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on November 13, 2008, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud.
