Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment and the means of work to establish a contract for preventative maintenance and repair services for the City’s Metasys® Systems. The City is also seeking the services of a consultant with experience in technical support and management of the functionality of the Metasys® Systems, as well as providing training to Department of Public Services Facilities Division staff. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on September 15, 2009 at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Late submittals will not be accepted. No faxed submittals will be accepted. The City prefers that those documents scanned and submitted online via the MITN website be in Adobe pdf format. The City reserves the right to postpone the due date for its own convenience. Proposals are considered received when in the possession of the Purchasing Division at the due date and time.
