Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations to establish a maintenance contract for parking lot sweeping services. Contractor must furnish all equipment and operators to sweep parking lots on a hourly basis. Most work shall be done after business hours or weekends, unless agreed upon with the City’s Representative. Sweeping shall normally be scheduled in spring and fall. Contract shall be for a term to expire on December 31, 2008; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one (1) additional year.
