The City of Rochester Hills is accepting sealed bids from qualified companies for the one time purchase of ONE (1) VIBRATORY ASPHALT ROLLER to be used by the City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division/Fiscal Team, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until exactly 3:00 P.M., EST, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.

The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final bid results will be posted on the MITN website after award.

Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in reject of bid submittal.
