Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from professional contracting companies to perform on-call plumbing contractor maintenance services at various City buildings and sites for a two (2) year term, with an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on December 1, 2011, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. The City reserves the right to postpone the due date for its own convenience. Late submittals will not be accepted. Please visit the City of Rochester Hills’ website at www.rochesterhills.org for Construction Updates/Alerts and allow adequate time when delivering items to the City.
