Summary of Specifications:
The City is required to publish legal notices and other notices for public notification in a newspaper of general circulation. City policy requires the following specifications, which are not subject to alteration without the prior written consent of the City. ·The official City newspaper shall accept facsimiles of legal notices from the City of Rochester Hills Municipal Offices. ·All legal notices shall be printed in 8 ½ point type on 10 point leading in not less than two (2) columns width. ·All legal notices shall contain the official seal and logo of the City of Rochester Hills at the top of each notice. Examples of City seal and prior notices are attached as Appendix A. ·All legal notices will require an ffidavit/Certification of Publication on a per-notice, per-insertion basis. The official City newspaper shall be fully responsible for publishing a corrected legal notice, without charge to the City, in any case where the published notice deviates from the original copy supplied by the City.
