Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills Fire Department is soliciting quotations for a one-year blanket purchase order. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional one year terms providing all terms and conditions remain the same. The material of the glove is “Nitrile.” The quotation is for the brand name product specified; NO other brands will be considered. The listed product to be purchased on an as needed basis; quantities are estimated. Quantities are the City’s best estimate and do not obligate the City to order or accept more than the City’s actual requirements during the period of this contract, as determined by actual needs and availability of appropriated funds. Shipping costs are to be included in the quotation.
Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, Fire Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on regular business days unless other arrangements have been made.
