Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals for the furnishing and installation of locks on water system manhole covers and hatches. The City is seeking the services of a firm with experience in the installation of locks for security purposes. The successful proposer shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and site work necessary for the furnishing and installing of the locking systems. All work shall be performed in a professional manner.

The vulnerability assessment identified approximately 76 access manholes and 10 access hatches that need to be secured. The number of manholes may vary. In some cases there are multiple structures in the same location.
