City of Rochester Hills Request for Proposals For Lawn Mowing, Weed Mowing, and Related Services For Ordinance Compliance – Occupied Properties and Vacant Lots RFP-RH-16-013 Dated February 9, 2016: Sealed proposals for Lawn Mowing, Weed Mowing, and Related Services for Ordinance Compliance – Occupied Properties and Vacant Lots are being accepted for the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division (LOWER LEVEL) 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or may be submitted through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. Local time, TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2016, at which time and place said proposers names will be read. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes solicitation documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, click on Business, Purchasing/Bids, Quick Links and Vendor Registration and link to MITN website or at www.mitn.info. Proposal Form and Vendor Questionnaire must be completed entirely and submitted with Proposal. Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal. The proposer shall be required to meet the City’s insurance requirements and shall maintain such coverage until the project is complete. Each proposer’s name shall be read and recorded at the due date and time specified.
