Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced companies to provide lawn mowing services for the remainder of the 2008 season at the following three (3) individual locations (the new DPS Facility on Auburn Road, the Adams Road Boulevard and the Crooks Road Boulevard) refer to provided aerials for specific mowing areas. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment; and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. The City reserves the right to split or abstract any or all quotations and award multiple contracts for the same quotation, based on price, availability and service when, in its judgment, best serves the City of Rochester Hills.
