The City of Rochester Hills Fire Department is soliciting quotations for one (1) LSP Autovent 3000 L461-150 Automatic Ventilator, one (1) carrying case and ten (10) disposable Patient Circuits for use on non-emergency ALS transfer incidents. The quotation is for the brand name product specified; NO other brands will be considered. Shipping costs are to be included in the quotation.
