Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids for Joint Sealant Material with Two (2) Melter Applicators will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division/Fiscal Team, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, December 10, 2015 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final bid results will be posted on the MITN website after award. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City wishes to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified Contractor to provide the specified joint sealing materials in combination with two (2) melter applicators to be used by the Department of Public Service personnel for the maintenance of the City’s concrete and asphalt roads.
