Summary of Specifications:
Request for Proposals for magnetic interior windows/insulators to which acrylic sheets to be applied to provide insulation and UV protection in three (3) historic buildings. Additionally, exterior storm windows for the Stoney Creek School House is included in this solicitation. 

This program is fun ded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The City is using ARRA grant funding for this project. All contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) on this project must comply with all of the requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act OF 2009 (ARRA)
