The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for 24/7 IBM hardware and software maintenance support on the City’s iSeries computer for a one (1) year term to expire on December 8, 2015. Rochester Hills has a 9405 Model 520 and the software group is P10. The serial number is 10-325DE and the customer number is 0684070. IBM Service Suite shall include IBM hardware maintenance; support shall be 24-hours a day and seven days a week (24x7) on site for the following: 9405-520 and 6834-001 built in tape unit, IBM software maintenance and 24x7 IBM support line. Contract to include both telephone and on-site support.
