The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide and install a replacement hot water boiler with a high efficiency boiler 95% AFUE at a City facility located at 1115 W. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquires made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on December 1, 2010 @ 10:00 a.m. at the Rochester Hills Environmental Education Center (EEC), 1115 W. Avon, Rochester Hills, to become familiar with the premises specified and the work to be performed according to the specifications; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A QUOTATION. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to submit a quotation on this project. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate any such items in her/her cost.
