RFP-RH-06-009 - HVAC Preventive Maintenance Agreement

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals for a preventive maintenance agreement for four (4) City buildings from professional heating and cooling service companies employed in the field of sales, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment similar to that equipment used by the City. The agreement will cover a two (2) year term, with an option to renew for an additional two (2) years extending the agreement to four (4) years. There will be a mandatory walk-through held on Thursday, February 16, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. - arrive at the Rochester Hills Municipal Building, Purchasing Division.
