Sealed proposals to provide HVAC Preventable Maintenance will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, (Lower Level) Rochester Hills, MI 48309, until 3:00 p.m. Local Time, Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at which time and place names of proposers will be publically read aloud. A Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. (Local Time) starting at City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Fiscal Team/Purchasing Division, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 (Lower Level). Questions not asked at the pre-proposal must be made in writing prior to Tuesday, April 16, 2014, @ 9:00 a.m., at which time a response will be prepared and a notice posted on the MITN website as an amendment, or an addendum to the proposal, if such information would be of significance to uninformed proposers. The agreement will for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods.
