The City is currently requesting quotations for the award of the exclusive permit for the sale of glow
in the dark products at the Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills to be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024,
at Borden Park (Hamlin and John R). In the event that the Festival can not take place on June 26, 2024 due to
weather or other unforeseen circumstances that will prevent the Festival from happening, the City has decided
to have an alternate date of July 10, 2024 if needed.
