Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors to perform Ground Fault Relay Electrical Testing at the City of Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. The City’s Square D Ground Fault on its main service has never been testing or calibrated; a replacement Square D GC 200E Circuit Breaker Ground Fault Relay and GC DSP Monitoring Module shall be, as an option, installed by the awarded contractor or by the City (products provided by the City). SEALED Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on August 31, 2010, or submitted online via the MITN system, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Late submittals will not be accepted. Faxed submittals will not be accepted. A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 @ 9:00 a.m., beginning at the City of Rochester Hills Municipal Offices Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Voluntary Walk-Through. Contractors not in attendance at the Voluntary Walk-Through will be eligible to quote on this project. Inquiries received after the date and time above will not be considered.
