Dated July 7, 2008: The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a blanket purchase order with a qualified vendor(s) to provide various food and beverage products for sale at the City’s Spencer Park location. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
