The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide all materials, labor and surface preparation required to prepare, prime and paint the bay area of Fire Station #2, 1251 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on October 23, 2012 @ 9:30 a.m. at Fire Station #2, 1251 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 the for contractors to become familiar with the premises specified; the condition of the work surfaces and adjoining areas; to obtain measurements, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. The deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to submit a proposal on this project. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost proposal.
