Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals to provide roof improvements at Fire Station #1. The project includes but not limited to, products, equipment and services for repairs, demolition, temporary protection for all components of the new and existing structure during construction, concrete block, masonry, reworking metal roof panels, elastomeric membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, carpentry, joint sealers, plumbing piping, painting and coatings and lawn restoration.
