The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract to provide FIELD MARKING PAINT for usage by the City’s Parks Department. The paint will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for three (3) years. Prices must be firm for term of the contract. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Earl E. All inquiries shall be made on or before Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened.
