Summary of Specifications:
Provide bulb replacement for the field lighting at the Borden Park baseball fields, basketball courts, batting cages and soccer field. The successful proposer shall provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary for the replacement of these bulbs. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and shall be in compliance with all City, State and Federal regulations.

Questions regarding the proposal must be made in writing prior to Monday, April 17, 2006 at 12:00 (noon), at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors.
