Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills will utilize American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the purchase of energy audit system software. The Department of Energy (DOE) has established terms and conditions that apply to ARRA funding, including procurement regulations, performance metrics, reporting, eligibility limitations and prohibitions for use of the funds. The selected products/services shall be in compliance with all ARRA and DOE requirements. Performance Metrics consistent with the ARRA goals, on which the results of funding will be assessed include: •Jobs created and retained •Energy saved (kwh/therms/gallons/BTUs/etc.) •Renewable energy installed capacity and generated •Energy cost savings •Other environmental or societal benefit The selected vendor will assist the City in calculating these performance measures by providing data regarding the product(s) proposed relative to the above criteria. The City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals for energy audit system software in accordance with the ARRA and DOE terms and conditions. The City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide electronic energy audit software. The City is also interested in obtaining assistance with implementation of the software, as well as available training. Suppliers are asked to provided information relative to support and maintenance for the software, if available.
