Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a three-year blanket purchase order for inspection and repair of the City’s Grant Lift Sewer Station elevator. The City would like a guaranteed price for the entire term of the blanket.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail or fax back by: June 3, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (E.S.T.). Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.
SCOPE OF WORK The blanket will cover the testing, repairs and quarterly inspections of the Grant Lift Sewer Station Elevator including cleaning and lubricating the machine, motor, guides and gates, along with adjustments of switches, gibs and other minor adjustments required for regular operation of the elevator. Included also is lubrication and cleaning materials as required. A full load safety test will also be required.
