RFP-RH-11-030 - Elevator Full Preventive Maintenance Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals for elevator full preventive maintenance services for two (2) elevators located in separate City buildings from qualified and experienced firms employed in the field of sales, maintenance and repair of equipment similar to that equipment used by the City. The agreement will cover a three (3) year term. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on July 12, 2011, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud.
