Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals for elevator full preventive maintenance services for two (2) elevators located in separate City buildings from qualified and experienced firms employed in the field of sales, maintenance and repair of equipment similar to that equipment used by the City. The agreement will cover a three (3) year term. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on September 9, 2008 @ 3:00 p.m., at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. ***** A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on August 21, 2008 @ 2:30 p.m. beginning at the Purchasing Division at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Walk-Through. Attendance at the Walk-Through is not mandatory in order to submit a proposal.
