Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide all labor, material, equipment, administration and supervision required to provide preventative and remedial maintenance, including on-call emergency and/or urgent repairs for specified automatic swing and sliding gates on an as-needed basis for a two (2) year period. This contract may be extended at the City’s discretion for an additional one (1) year period, provided all terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. The services shall include maintenance for, but not limited to, electric and hydraulic operators, barrier arms and hydraulic bollards, and other mechanisms of the gates throughout the City. The City’s existing contract expires on July 31, 2015. Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst; questions regarding the quotation must be made prior to May 21, 2015 @ 11:30 a.m., at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum to the quotation, if such information would be of significance to uninformed vendors. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.
