The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for disposable furnace/air conditioner filters for use at various City of Rochester Hills owned properties for a two (2) year blanket purchase order for a term to expire on December 31, 2017 and to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. All dimensions are provided in inches. Cost includes delivery to Rochester Hills Facilities Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. Exact quantities to be purchased are unknown; however, the Vendor will be required to furnish all such materials that may be ordered during the two (2) year contract period. Specifications The City is accepting quotations for various disposable furnace/air conditioner filters for use at various City owned properties. The filters provided must be one-inch filters similar in quality and performance to the 3M “Ultra Allergen” filter. The Vendor should submit with their quotation response literature regarding the brand filter they are quoting. All MERV 8 filters to meet MERV 8 standards for furnace filters, pleated, no chemical binders and shall not absorb moisture. The City also requests as part of this quotation pricing for Harmsco HC-90 Cartridge-20 Micron High Temp (Harmsco Filter HC/90-20HT). Alternates will not be accepted for this cartridge.
